What to do in case of power loss
In case of a power failure in the entire house or on a single device, it is necessary to restore it by acting on the 2 switches inside the apartment. In case of overload, there is a third switch (the condominium meter), located under the stairs which needs to be accessed only if the first two swirches are not sufficient to solve the problem.
Main switch located near the apartment entrance door: it triggers in the event of a generic short circuit

Electrical Panel for single electrical lines, placed on the wall opposite the apartment entrance door: it triggers in the event of a short circuit on one of the controlled lines
First of all look at the Electrical Panel.

ON
OFF

The switches should all be in the ON position. If so, move on to examine the main switch (see below).
If instead you find one switch in the OFF position, first identify the device that caused it using the explanatory table below (for example, you can find in OFF position the oven or washing machine) and TURN OFF the affected device (in our example, you need to turn off the oven or washing machine or, if possible, unplug them). Then put the switch back in the ON position.
Finally, report everything to the owner by calling the number

In the single-line electrical Panel, each switch is dedicated to a specific device, as described in the following figure.

Second, look at the Master Switch.

The switch should be set to ON. If it is set to ON (like all the switches on the panel) you should go and examine the condominium meter (see below).
On the contrary if it is in the OFF position, try to set it to ON. If the switch does not stay on ON, but it triggers again, go and examine the panel (see above) and turn OFF all the switches present one at a time until you find the triggering device (for example the oven or the washing machine). Act on it (in our example on the oven or the washing machine) by turning it off or if possible by unplugging it.
If the problem is solved, report everything to the owner by calling the number

Condominium meter

If there has been a power overload, the panel switches and the main switch are probably all ON, but there is no power to the entire apartment. In this case, you need to access the condominium meter. Before proceeding, for safety reasons, turn the main switch of the house to OFF, leave the apartment and go down to the ground floor. The condominium meter is located in a small wooden cabinet near the entrance to the building: go down the additional steps to the left of the elevator and open the wooden door (see figures). Inside the cabinet are the meters for the entire condominium. The meter to be worked on is the one labeled with LAURACHARME, as highlighted in the photo. You will most likely find the switch on OFF. Turn it back to ON and return to the apartment and here remember to also turn the main switch back to ON.
If the problem is not resolved, report everything to the owner by calling the number 338 7092092
