Let's make sure we follow them to enjoy a peaceful holiday together. As you will notice, these are normal rules of coexistence between civilized people and we apologize in advance if by chance we have included rules that you may consider obvious. ​It is necessary to avoid excessive sounds, noises or music especially at night and in the early afternoon so please avoid noisy parties and celebrations.

This house is not equipped to accommodate our animal friends so their presence is not possible.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

It is necessary to pay attention to the furniture and furnishings which must not be damaged under any circumstances due to carelessness or negligence. In the case of particularly restless children, we invite parents to supervise them adequately. In the event of damage suffered, we will be forced to request financial compensation.

Turn off the air conditioning in the event of long absences.

For the air conditioning, a temperature setting of no less than 22° is recommended, while for the heat pump, a temperature setting of no more than 28° is recommended.

It is necessary to pay attention when using the dishes so as not to scratch or damage pots, cups and glasses. However, please notify the owner in the event of breakages or damage.

The services provided must be used responsibly so as not to damage the plumbing, electrical and heating/cooling systems. In particular, it is forbidden to:

Clog the toilet with excess diapers or paper

Clog the shower drain with excess sand or pebbles

Put very dirty pots and pans in the dishwasher without pre-washing them manually

Load the washing machine with excessively heavy clothes (over 6 kg)
