The apartment
​The LauraCharme apartment consists of:

a large living room with a 4-seater sofa (with the possibility of a pull-out double bed)

a large modern kitchen, separated by a retractable glass door

a double bedroom with wardrobe

a small bedroom with a double sofa, open wardrobe and chest of drawers

bathroom with large shower and bidet

2 large balconies with awnings plus a small service balcony
-
solarium with sea view.
​The apartment is on the first floor, reachable with an elevator, and has just been renovated with new electrical, heating and plumbing systems.
It also includes an anti-theft system and a gas and carbon monoxide detector.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts including a 5-burner gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven with grill and ventilation, microwave oven, gas water heater, radiator heating system, air conditioning in all rooms.
A large private garage for cars, motorbikes and bicycles is optionally available.
