BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
​General Conditions
The request for availability is not binding and does not take the form of a contract for either the Customer or LAURACHARME.
The booking request represents an Order Form and therefore binding for the Customer but not binding for LAURACHARME, which party reserves the right not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation that LAURACHARME sends to the Customer is binding for both parties and constitutes completion of the booking contract with option.
In the event that a confirmation deposit is requested, the Customer is required to send it within the timeframes indicated by the management of LAURACHARME, so that the option is removed and the booking is definitively confirmed.
At this point, LAURACHARME will undertake to send the Customer a confirmation email.
All reservations must be reconfirmed by email to laurapredaccino@gmail.com or by phone (sms or Whatsapp) to +39 334 7830050 or +39 338 7092092, accepting the cancellation conditions of the property.
​Booking Terms and Conditions
The booking is valid only upon receipt of the deposit payment receipt.
The amount of the confirmation deposit is equal to 30% of the amount of the stay excluding optional services (which are included in the balance to be paid at check-in).
When your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation by email or telephone (sms or Whatsapp) from the numbers +39 334 7830050 or +39 338 7092092, confirmation that you will have to show when you check in at our facility.
The balance of the payment must be made within 30 days before arrival.
​Arrivals (check-in): from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Departures (check-out): from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

​Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the lessor will receive the following compensation on the total price of the stay:

30 days before arrival: 30%

29-15 days before arrival: 50%
-
14-0 days before arrival 100%.

​Tourist tax
The tourist tax, from April to October, is €1.00 per night for each person over 14 years old, for a maximum contribution of 7 days. This tax is not included in the price list.

Competent Court
For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation, execution and/or termination of the booking contracts to which these conditions apply and in which LAURACHARME is a party to the proceedings, the Court of Imperia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
